About ChatVault Export
ChatVault Export reads only the chats you are a member of, with your own delegated Microsoft Graph permission (Chat.Read). It builds the ZIP in memory, keeps it for a short time so you can download it, and then deletes it. It never writes message content to disk.
What is in the ZIP: index.html (offline, searchable), one chat.html, messages.json and messages.csv per chat, all-messages.csv, manifest.json (scope, counts, SHA-256 of each file) and SHA256SUMS.txt.
Attachments are listed as metadata (name, type and link); the files stay in OneDrive or SharePoint. Inline images are listed by id.
